Hello, I’m Justine Garnes, an AHPRA registered Osteopath with over 16 years of experience treating individuals of all ages.
Using a blend of osteopathic techniques my goal is to help reduce pain, restore balance, enhance movement, and promote your overall wellbeing.
After earning my Master's degree from the British School of Osteopathy in 2010, I have pursued further education through post-graduate courses in cranial osteopathy, dry needling, kinesiology taping, animal osteopathy, as well as Pilates and Reformer training including Ante/Post Natal. See list of qualifications here.
Recently, I have been working at Victoria University as a Clinical Skills Supervisor, helping to train the next generation of osteopaths.

Osteopathy aims to restore ease and freedom of movement throughout the body. My focus is on improving mobility, balance, symmetry, and overall function through a combination of joint articulation, soft tissue massage and muscle energy techniques.

Having experienced migraines myself, I understand how disruptive recurrent headaches can be. I have developed a clinical interest in headache and TMJ presentations and use a combination of hands-on treatment, education and appropriate exercises.

With postgraduate training with the Sutherland Cranial Teaching Foundation in the treatment of babies and children, I have a special interest in supporting babies and new mums.

Whether your pet is recovering from an injury, showing signs of aging, or needing a boost in their physical health, osteopathy aims to provide a holistic, non-invasive approach to preventative care for animals.
